So far, HVS was organized by 3 medium-size fine chemical plants, with HVS's R&D laboratory as well as pilot plant. HVS management committee takes west advanced management-experience and combines the concrete Condition in China. Therefore, HVS is more active, effective, creative and cooperative.introduction

HVS's new chemical plant (HVC) is an industrial technical centre for pharmaceutical and agricultural intermediates which is in Shanghai strategic fine chemical park with complete public engineering ( Jin-Shan Second Chemical Zone).

This chemical park is situated along HangZhou Bay                                                                                   facingintroduction Pacific Ocean.
