Brief Introduction

In 1994, Shanghai High Victory Science and Technology co., Ltd.   ( HVS ) was initiated by a number of professors, senior engineers-who studied or worked in developed countries for several years and is supported by Science & Technology Commission of Shanghai municipality to pave a reform way to match china-market-economy by taking the united advantages of factory , institute and university.

After over 10 years' development, HVS has become a major R & D and commercial manufacture base with great potential in China in the field of new type agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals. Great progress we have also made in the industrialization and commercialization of new advanced technology.
